This contract will provide Command,\nControl, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I)/Information\nTechnology (IT) electronic systems equipment, infrastructure,\nengineering, design, installation, Supply and Warehouse support to Naval\nInformation Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) during design,\ninstallation, configuration, and transition to operations of the IT\ninfrastructure for multiple facilities. This initiative aims to design,\nplan, procure, and implement comprehensive IT solutions within the NC3\nAlert Campus/Facility. The NC3 Alert Campus will enable seamless\ncommunication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring a unified\nand resilient cybersecurity posture. Services required include design,\ninstallation, termination, test, and documentation of network and\ndesktop devices, peripherals, IT cabling incidental to end user client\nand network installation, rack, power distribution units (PDU) and\nincident to the installation of C4I/IT electronic systems, installation\nof C4I/IT electronic systems equipment as assigned and in accordance\nwith government installation design plans (IDP), the NIWC Pacific Shore\nInstallation Process Handbook (SIPH) and project sponsor processes, and\nassociated logistical support.\nSpecific Duties / Tasks (include, but not limited to):\n- Supports the NIWC Pacific embedded engineering team in the\ndevelopment of integrated, cost-effective solutions that meet\nUSSTRATCOM requirements.\n- Assist in developing the Top-Level Design (TLD) by drafting and\nrefining assigned portions of the document and participate in\ninterim and final reviews to ensure alignment with identified\nrequirements and feasibility within project constraints\n- Advanced Drafting & Design - Create and modify complex technical\ndrawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD,\nSolidWorks, Revit) while ensuring compliance with industry standards\nand project specifications.\n- Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving - Interpret engineering\ndesigns, blueprints, and schematics to develop accurate drawings,\nresolving design conflicts and optimizing layouts for\nmanufacturability or construction.\n- Collaboration & Documentation -
