We are committed to delivering smart, responsive, and mission-focused solutions.\nWe are seeking skilled Federal Labor and Employee Relations (LER) personnel to support a Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) contract.\nThis position is on-site 5 days/week at the FHFA office located at 400 7th Street SW, Washington, DC and is metro-accessible from L'Enfant Plaza station. This position does not allow for telework or remote flexibility.\nRequirements:\nWork that involves providing advice and assistance to employees and managers, program administration, research, and case management in matters related to conduct, performance management, attendance, and dispute resolution.\nWork that involves drafting counseling, reprimands, suspensions, and removals. \nWork that involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships, including the use of non-traditional collaborative approaches, working cooperatively with the Office of General Counsel and the Office of Equal Opportunity and Fairness.\nProviding guidance and consultation to management on a variety of employee and labor relations matters.\nMay be required to conduct investigations or fact-findings.\nMay also be required to review and update policies.\nWork Schedule & Environment\nOn-site full time at FHFA Office, Monday through Friday.
