segments to identify high-value analytics\nopportunities.\n- Champion best practices for MLOps, model governance, ethical AI, and\nscalable data products.\n- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex\npredictive, prescriptive, and generative AI models.\n- Translate complex business challenges into production-ready data\nscience frameworks\n- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior, mid-level, and\nassociate data scientists and machine learning engineers.\n- Collaborate closely with data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and\nsoftware teams to ensure robust model deployment and monitoring.\n- Communicate complex analytical concepts and ROI metrics clearly to\ntechnical and non-technical stakeholders.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n- Experience with industrial IoT, telematics, edge AI, or time-series\nsensor data from heavy machinery, automotive, or aerospace domains.\n- Background in computer vision (CV), autonomous vehicle tech, or\nrobotics.\n- 8+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in analytics and AI\nin any business organization\n- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with\nR, Scala, or C++ is a plus.\n- ML/AI Frameworks: Deep experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch,\nTensorFlow, XGBoost, and Hugging Face.\n- Big Data & Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems\n(Azure or AWS), Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Spark.\n- MLOps & DevOps: Demonstrated expertise in Docker, CI/CD pipelines,\nMLflow, model registry, monitoring, and automated retraining\nworkflows.\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks within large\nenterprise environments.\nIndustry Experience\n- Experience working in a portfolio company with multi-business units;\npreferably a manufacturing company\n- Bring domain expertise in Supply chain, Manufacturing or Lifecycle\nservices\n- Consulting (nice to have)\nPersonal Characteristics\n- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and
