successful candidate will guide technical solutioning, collaborate\nwith clients and delivery teams, and mentor developers while supporting\nthe full delivery lifecycle.\nDaily Responsibilities:\n- Lead Salesforce implementation and hands-on front-end and back-end\ndevelopment for enterprise-scale solutions, with attention to\nplatform constraints, scalability, security, and performance.\n- Lead technical solutioning sessions, translate business requirements\ninto solution designs, and produce architecture diagrams and\ntechnical design documents.\n- Design Salesforce integration architectures using Salesforce Events,\nCanvas, MuleSoft, or other middleware as appropriate; support API\nintegrations with external enterprise systems.\n- Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning components, declarative\ncapabilities, secure coding, Section 508 accessibility, data\ngovernance, and refactoring practices.\n- Troubleshoot production issues, triage technical defects, deliver\nenhancements, and support operational maintenance across Salesforce\nenvironments.\n- Oversee Salesforce DX development workflows, source control, CI/CD,\nautomated testing, environment management, release planning, and\ncutover activities.\n- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code\nreviews, mentorship, and participation in technical communities of\npractice.\n- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and Agile teams to assess\ntechnical risks, resolve design issues, and communicate\nimplementation decisions.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n- BS/BA in a related field (Business Administration/Management,\nComputer Science, or Software Engineering preferred).\n- Minimum of seven (7) years of Salesforce implementation experience,\nincluding at least two (2) years as lead developer/architect on\nenterprise-scale Salesforce projects.\n- Active Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System\nArchitect certification; alternatively, active Salesforce Platform\nDeveloper II certification plus a minimum of seven (7) years of\nexperience in architecture roles.\n- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits,\nsystem design, refactoring, and performance/scalability\noptimization.\n- Demonstrated experience developing Salesforce integration\narchitectures involving MuleSoft, Salesforce Events, Canvas, or\nother middleware, with working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and\nenterprise integration patterns.\n- Experience leading technical solutioning sessions and producing\narchitecture diagrams, solution specifications, and technical design\ndocuments.\n- Proven ability to guide development teams in secure, scalable\nfront-end and back-end Salesforce development, including Apex,\nLightning Web Components, and platform configuration.\n- Knowledge of Section 508-accessible development and testing, data\ngovernance, Salesforce security, and platform constraints.\n- Experience supporting Salesforce in regulated or U.S. Federal\nenvironments, including FedRAMP or FISMA compliance considerations.\n- Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, source control, and\ndevelopment practices across multi-org environments.\n- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns, including\nevent-driven architecture and microservices.\n- Demonstrated success mentoring junior developers and leading\ntechnical communities of practice.\n- Strong client-facing communication, collaboration, technical\nproblem-solving, and Agile delivery skills.\nDesired Skills and Experience:\n- Experience with Salesforce release management, CI/CD pipelines, and\nautomated deployment or testing tools such as Jenkins, Salesforce\nMetadata API, Python, or Provar.\n- Experience with Salesforce administration and platform tools,\nincluding Flow, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CLI, Data\nLoader, and VS Code.\n- Experience with Jira or Agile
