Impact:\n- Design and implement a tailored Salesforce workspace to support\nevent management workflows, expense submission, tracking, approvals,\nand reporting functions.\n- Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders and\ntranslate them into scalable technical solutions.\n- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and tools as required,\nfollowing integration standards and API best practices.\n- Ensure platform stability by troubleshooting issues, conducting root\ncause analysis, and providing ongoing enhancements.\n- Implement Salesforce security models, including deployments.\n- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and change\nmanagement to support user adoption.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:\nRequired Education:\n- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or\nrelated field; equivalent experience accepted.\nRequired Experience:\n- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nRequired Technical Skills:\n- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.\nSecurity Clearance Level:\n- None\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\n- Experience designing user-centric solutions to support business\nprocesses and workflow optimization.\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, version\ncontrol, and deployment strategies.\nPreferred Skills:\n- Salesforce Platform Developer II
