This will progress from Requirement, to Epic, to\nFeature, to Story, to Release.\nWe are seeking an experienced SAFe Senior Product Manager to lead\nproduct strategy, execution, and optimization in a scaled Agile\nenvironment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAFe\nmethodologies, a proven ability to define product vision, manage the\nproduct lifecycle, and drive large-scale initiatives. This role requires\nclose collaboration with stakeholders, Agile Release Trains (ARTs),\nleadership, and technical teams to ensure business value delivery and\ncustomer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\n- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with\nbusiness objectives and program goals.\n- Lead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for Agile Release\nTrains (ARTs), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.\n- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers,\nand Agile teams to translate high-level requirements into actionable\nfeatures and stories.\n- Own and manage the Program and ART-level backlogs, ensuring\nprioritization based on business value, compliance requirements, and\ncustomer needs.\n- Facilitate and actively contribute to Program Increment (PI)\nPlanning, providing clear direction on product goals and\npriorities.\n- Continuously engage with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to\nvalidate product solutions and drive continuous improvement.\n- Monitor product performance using data-driven metrics, adjusting\nstrategy to optimize value delivery.\n- Promote SAFe principles and best practices across teams, driving\nAgile maturity within the organization.\n- Identify risks and dependencies early, proactively addressing\nblockers to ensure seamless product execution.\n- Lead cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communication\nacross engineering, compliance, security, and business units.\n- Demonstrate expertise in VersionOne, ensuring efficient backlog\nmanagement, sprint planning, and Agile execution tracking.\nMinimum/General Experience/Requirements:\n- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a\nrelated field.\n- 8+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile\nor SAFe organization.\n- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex\nenterprise-level solutions using SAFe.\n- Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and\nAgile best practices.\n- Experience leading ARTs and working within a SAFe Large Solutions\nenvironment.\n- Hands-on experience with VersionOne.\n- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration\nskills.\n- Ability to translate business objectives into clearly defined Epics,\nFeatures, and Stories.\n- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the\nability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\n- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nPreferred Requirements:\n- SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (SAFe POPM) certification or\nequivalent.\n- Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or higher-level SAFe certification.\n- Experience working in government, federal, or large-scale enterprise\nenvironments.\n- Prior experience with modernizing legacy systems in a SAFe\necosystem.\n- Deep knowledge of Lean Portfolio
