related field.\nRequired Experience:\n- 4+ years of hands-on AI software development experience\nEvidence of Engineering Accomplishment:- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful, production\nready, software solutions of varying complexity\n- Experience designing and implementing components of distributed\nsystems (multi-tier architectures) including storage layers, caching\nlayers, and application layers\n- Working experience with microservice architectures, with exposure to\nhigh-throughput systems\n- Familiarity with system transformation patterns and ability to\ncontribute to modernization efforts\nTechnical Excellence:\n- Strong proficiency in Java\n- Solid understanding of cloud engineering paradigms, asynchronous\nsystems, and service integration patterns\n- Working knowledge of design patterns, reliability, and scaling\nprinciples\n- Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and system\ndesign\nOwnership, Collaboration, & Communication:\n- Demonstrated propensity for taking ownership of problems and their\nsolutions\n- Quality driven, owns their output from communication, to code, to\ndocumentation\n- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to teammates and\nstakeholders\n- Experience mentoring peers or junior developers\n- Willingness to advocate for sound engineering practices within your\nteam\nAdaptability & Growth:\n- Track record of learning and adapting to new technologies,\nframeworks, and methodologies\n- Demonstrated embrace of AI and automation tools to
