of our services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the deployment, configuration, and management of the API gateway\nsolution in an enterprise environment.\nEnsure high availability, performance, and scalability of API\ninfrastructure.\nProvide expert-level technical support to customers, resolving complex\nissues related to API management and cloud infrastructure.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance API consumption\nand integration across various applications.\nMonitor and optimize API performance, identifying and addressing\npotential scalability and reliability issues.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for\nAPI management and support.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in API strategies and cloud\noperations.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical\ndiscipline.\n5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong emphasis on API management,\ncloud operations, and customer support.\nProven experience in deploying and managing Kong Enterprise API gateway\nor similar platforms.\nRequired Skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of enterprise API gateway solution preferably Kong\nand its integration in cloud environments.\nExpertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.\nAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in\nAPI and cloud contexts.\nStrong familiarity with Linux distributions (e.g., RedHat, CentOS).\nProficiency in DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and\ncontinuous integration tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Nexus).\nExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to\nlead and mentor junior team members.\nLocation: On Company Site\nUS Citizenship Required\nATR
