Что нужно делать:

  • Управлять командой. Заниматься развитием frontend-команды (найм, онбординг, менторство, проведение 1:1, performance review).
  • Проектировать архитектуру frontend-приложений.
  • Внедрять и поддерживать стандарты качества кода.
  • Проводить Code Review.
  • Участвовать в планировании спринтов, декомпозировать задачи и оценивать сроки выполнения.
  • Выстраивать прозрачный процесс доставки фич.
  • Координировать взаимодействие между командами (Backend, DevOps, technical product-менеджеры, дизайнеры) для проектирования API и UX-сценариев управления инфраструктурой.

Мы ждем, что вы:

  • Имеете не менее 5 лет коммерческой разработки на React и не менее 1 года опыта в ролях тимлида/техлида.
  • Свободно владеете TypeScript (строгая типизация, дженерики, утилитарные типы и т.п.).
  • Глубоко понимаете жизненный цикл React, хуков, паттернов проектирования UI (Compound Components, Render Props и т.п.).
  • Уверенно владеете Git: применяете GitFlow, выполняете merge/rebase и решаете сложные конфликты.
  • Понимаете принципы контейнеризации и умеете читать и писать Dockerfile и docker-compose.
  • Работали со стейт-менеджерами (Redux Toolkit / RTK Query / Zustand или аналогами).
  • Пишете и настраиваете Unit-тесты (Jest / Vitest).
  • Имеете опыт настройки Vite / Webpack.

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с WebSokets.
  • Опыт внедрения редакторов кода (Monaco Editor для YAML/JSON или подобных) с валидацией и подсветкой синтаксиса.
  • Опыт работы с графиками и метриками (Recharts, ECharts, D3.js или интеграция с Grafana).
  • Опыт разработки UiKit.
