We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.\nThe experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).\nGiven the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:\n\nAssistant Manager - Corporate Accounting\nYour Role:\nDay-to-day bookkeeping and monitoring portfolio of clients allocated;\nReview of bank reconciliations;\nPreparation of monthly and/or quarterly financial reports (interim accounts, BCL reports, VAT returns, etc.);\nPreparation of ECDF reports;\nDrafting of annual financial statements;\nReview of payment orders and follow up;\nLiaison with accounting managers/senior managers, as well as internal teams;\nExpected to have regular interaction / communication with clients;\nReview of delegated tasks to junior / senior accountants;\nCoaching and training of junior /senior accountants;\nFollow up of audits;\nVarious administrative tasks.\n\n Your Profile:\nYou hold a diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor’s degree or Graduate/Master’s degree); Having a professional designation (OEC, ACCA, CPA) would be an advantage;\nYou have professional experience of at least 4 years in a similar position (accounting or audit);\nYou have a good level understanding / knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations;\nYou have good exposure to Lux GAAP, IFRS or consolidation experience would be an advantage;\nYou have previous experience in managing/coaching a team;\nYou have good command of English;\nYou have good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel;\nYou are well organized and rigorous;\nYou are able to prioritize your workload and to manage several tasks simultaneously;\n\n\nWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
