We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.\nThe experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).\nGiven the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:\n\n\nIntern - Financial Analyst\nYour role:\nSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.\nAssist in monitoring actual results against budget and forecast, helping to prepare variance analyses and identify key trends.\nContribute to the preparation of management reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner.\nSupport the preparation of board presentations, executive reports, and investor materials.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analyses.\nHelp maintain the consistency and reliability of financial data across reporting systems.\nSupport compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities.\nSupport the cash collection process.\nAssist business teams with financial information requests.\nSupport audit preparation and the collection of supporting documentation.\n\nYour profile:\n Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.\nPrevious internship or academic project in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Audit, or a related field is considered an asset.\nStrong interest in financial analysis and corporate finance.\nFluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nKnowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and time-management abilities.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nKnowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other ERP systems is a plus.\n\nWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
