We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.\nThe experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).\nGiven the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:\n\n\nIntern - Fund Administration Applications Solutions\nYour role: \nSupport the Fund Applications Solutions team in daily operations and projects.\nAssist with data analysis, reporting and process improvements.\nHelp maintain and enhance internal systems and applications.\nSupport testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nContribute to documentation, data quality reviews and troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processes.\nProvide administrative and project support when required.\n\nYour Profile:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field.\nStrong interest in financial services, investment funds and technology.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAnalytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn.\nWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nFluent in English; additional languages are an asset.\nKnowledge of Power Query, VBA, Python or data analytics tools is a plus.\n\nWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
