The firm’s international team of more than 450 legal experts represents Luxembourg and foreign clients in all areas of Luxembourg business law from its main office in Luxembourg and representative offices in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Paris.\nOur service to clients is differentiated by the end-to-end specialist advice we offer, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation, and advisory aspects of doing business in Luxembourg.\nOur firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters.\nGiven the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:\n\nInternship Opportunity in Transfer Pricing for a period of 3 to 6 months.\nYour role:\nAs part of our Transfer Pricing team, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a broad range of transfer pricing matters for Luxembourg and international clients.\nUnder the guidance of senior team members, your tasks will include:\nAssisting in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and documentation covering a wide range of intragroup transactions;\n\nPerforming economic and financial analyses, including benchmarking and comparable searches;\n\nConducting research on transfer pricing matters, including relevant OECD guidance, Luxembourg rules and international developments;\n\nAssisting the team in transfer pricing audits, pre-litigation and litigation matters, including the analysis of positions taken by taxpayers and tax authorities and the preparation of supporting documentation;\n\nContributing to client deliverables and working closely with senior team members on a variety of advisory and documentation projects;\n\nOur international client base will give you exposure to diverse industries and transactions, in a multicultural and dynamic working environment.\n\n Your profile:\nYou have obtained or are currently pursuing a master’s or postgraduate degree in law, economics or finance;\n\nYou have a strong interest in transfer pricing and international taxation, combined with strong analytical and research skills and an ability to work confidently with financial and economic information;\n\nYou are looking for a 3 to 6 months internship as part of, or complementary to, your studies;\n\nYou have a good command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in French, German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage;\n\nYou are curious, rigorous and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;\n\nYou are interested in gaining practical experience in an international and multidisciplinary environment.\n\n\nWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
