We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.\nThe experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).\nGiven the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:\n\nIntern - Transformation & Change Management\nAs an Intern in the Transformation & Change Management Department, the Employee’s duties will notably include, but will not be limited to, the performance of the following tasks:\nYour role:\nCORE TASK\nAI & Digital Tool Adoption Support\nSupport adoption of AI and productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, Brief.ai, Legora);\n\nPrepare user guides, FAQs, and how-to documentation;\n\nCollect user feedback and track adoption progress;\n\nAssist in preparing adoption status summaries for management.\n\nClient Portal / Digital Initiatives (Cloud Migration)\nAssist in preparing project materials (slides, summaries, trackers);\n\nSupport documentation and review of functional use cases;\n\nAssist in testing portal features from a user perspective;\n\nHelp structure feedback on usability and process alignment.\n\nOTHER TASKS\nData & Reporting Support\nHelp collect, clean, and structure data for reporting;\n\nSupport preparation of dashboards or Excel/Power BI extracts (under guidance);\n\nFlag data quality issues.\n\nGovernance & Ways of Working\nHelp document standards, templates, and best practices;\n\nSupport alignment with internal governance requirements;\n\nAssist in keeping internal repositories organized.\n\nYour profile:\nYou are currently studying for a master’s degree in any relevant subjects;\n\nA first internship in the field is a plus;\n\nYou are well organized and rigorous;\n\nYou are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks;\n\nYou display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;\n\nYou have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel;\n\nYou are fluent in English.
