This role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on technical leadership, contributing directly to the design and success of large-scale platforms within a collaborative delivery environment.\nTHE WORK:\nDefine and design end-to-end solution architectures for Java and web-based applications.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation blueprints.\nGuide development teams on architecture best practices, design patterns, and technology selection.\nMaintain hands-on involvement in development activities when needed, leading by example.\nOptimize application architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nReview technical designs and code to enforce architectural standards and quality practices.\nCollaborate closely with development teams, security specialists, and operations to ensure alignment across solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.\nContribute to architecture documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
