You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SAP BusinessObjects platform to ensure its smooth operation and performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working to troubleshoot issues, manage security, and support users while driving performance improvements.\nTHE WORK:\nAdminister and maintain the SAP BO platform (4.2 & 4.3), ensuring smooth operation, including regular patching and installation.\nPerform Level 1 & 2 user support, resolving incidents and issues within SLA timeframes.\nManage security through CMC (Central Management Console) for user access and permissions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues by checking logs and identifying the root cause.\nEnhance performance and optimize SAP BO environment.\nSupport the integration and configuration of SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Live Office.\nManage and maintain Tomcat server administration.\nCollaborate with team members to suggest improvements, share knowledge, and document modifications and solutions.\nEnsure proper configuration, backups, and recovery processes for the SAP BO environment.\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.
