Working closely with architects, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and development teams, you will drive technical excellence while ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.\nTHE WORK:\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nLead the technical design and implementation of new features and system enhancements.\nProvide technical guidance and mentor Java developers within the team.\nPerform code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and software quality.\nAnalyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\nEnsure the maintainability, performance, reliability, and security of backend applications.\nCollaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nContribute to testing activities, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport CI/CD processes and participate in deployment and release activities.\nInvestigate and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis and second-line support.\nDrive technical decisions and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and development practices.\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
