Learn more at https://www.marqlogistics.com/.\nPosition Summary\nThe North Central Region Asset Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leasing of a growing 59-million-square-foot real estate operating portfolio across eight (8) markets. The Analyst will provide administrative support and operational coordination to various leaders and team members. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.\nEssential Job Duties\nOffice Administration & Team Support\nCoordinate all travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, transportation, dining reservations, and related logistics; prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.\nPrepare, format, and update reports, presentations, correspondence, memoranda, and other business documents utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nManage weekly office grocery orders and track related office expenses and operating costs.\nMaintain office records, internal databases, and essential departmental trackers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.\nCreate and maintain Excel worksheets and databases to organize, analyze, and report on large data sets, including market and portfolio information.\nGeneral office management duties, including answering phones, greeting/accommodating visitors, ordering lunches and office supplies, and sorting and sending mail.\nCoordinate various onboarding needs for new hires.\nLeasing Administration & Transaction Support\nEnter and maintain leasing transactions, renewals, and other deal-related information within Deal Manager and other internal systems.\nAssist with the preparation, execution, and tracking of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).\nCoordinate listing agreements, commission agreements, and related documentation, including obtaining lender approvals when applicable.\nReview leasing commission invoices for accuracy and process entries within Yardi Commercial Management.\nProvide brokers with access to Box and other document-sharing platforms to support leasing and marketing activities.\nReview marketing brochures and leasing materials for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.\nPlan, execute, and coordinate compliance approval for broker events, open houses, office functions, and marketing initiatives.\nAssist with leasing-related post-closing obligations related to new property acquisitions.\nReview lease provisions and assist with processing tenant requests related to subleases, assignments, landlord waivers, estoppels, and other lease-related matters.\nCoordinate with lenders and internal debt teams to secure approvals required under loan documents and leasing agreements.\nConsistently represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner, interacting with both internal and external parties on a regular basis.\nComplete other duties as required.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities \nPosition typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years administrative support experience; real estate experience strongly preferred.\nProven proficiency and advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet required.\nDemonstrated ability to be professional, presentable, articulate, organized, conscientious, dependable, polished and comfortable in fast-paced environment required.\nStrong ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple deadlines, and make independent decisions with limited direction while remaining highly self-motivated.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality required.\nReporting Relationships\nPrincipal, U.S. Real Estate Logistics Asset ManagementCompensation\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.\n$85,000.00 - $105,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
