Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry.\nJob Description\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview and validate initial setup of companies, contacts, deals, securities, etc.\nReview, verify, and summarize administrative data related to new investment opportunities and dynamically track the progress of each transaction\nScrub credit agreements/deal documentation for key datapoint and ensure all systems are updated accurately\nTrack elements of the deal closing process and ensure receipt of executed documents\nReview final deal closing checklists and validate all tasks were correctly executed\nPerform various data checks to ensure the accuracy of key data points\nRun metrics on key performance indicators\nTake on any additional deal pipeline management related tasks\nPrepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports\nAdditional Job Description:\nStrong knowledge of bank loans and credit agreements\nSelf-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of assigned tasks\nExcellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function with minimal guidance\nEffective articulation with excellent written and oral communication skills\nExperience with CRM systems or other relational databases\nStrong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nReporting Relationships\nPrincipal, Pipeline ManagementThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
