Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry.\nJob Description\nThe Associate Vice President, Product Manager, Client Data Platforms partners with Wealth Management business stakeholders and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver technology capabilities that support business growth, operational efficiency, advisor productivity, and client experience.\nWorking closely with product leadership, engineering, architecture, data, and business teams, the Product Manager helps translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and supports the planning, delivery, and adoption of key initiatives across Salesforce and related Wealth Management platforms.\nThe role combines product management, business analysis, and platform expertise, serving as a critical bridge between business and technology organizations. The successful candidate will develop deep expertise within assigned business domains while contributing to the long-term evolution of Wealth Management technology capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Management & Business Partnership (35-45%)\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement. \nSupport product roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery activities for assigned business capabilities. \nCollaborate with product leadership to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, effort, and risk. \nDevelop a deep understanding of Wealth Management business processes, user needs, and technology capabilities. \nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, operational scale, and enhanced client and advisor experiences. \nSupport business case development and help define success metrics for key initiatives. \nTrack adoption and business outcomes for delivered capabilities and recommend future enhancements. \nBusiness Analysis & Solution Definition (30-40%)\nLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities. \nDocument current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and functional requirements. \nTranslate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlog items. \nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and drive resolution of business and functional questions. \nPartner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives. \nCoordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality against defined requirements. \nMaintain accurate documentation, process artifacts, and product knowledge. \nSolution Delivery & Platform Enablement (15-20%)\nPartner with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, release, and adoption. \nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness, and deployment activities. \nConfigure and maintain declarative Salesforce functionality including Flows, reports, dashboards, approval processes, page layouts, and related platform capabilities. \nSupport platform governance, change management, and user adoption initiatives. \nCollaborate with data, integration, and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end solution effectiveness. \nLeadership & Organizational Contribution (5-10%)\nPromote best practices across product management, business analysis, and solution delivery disciplines. \nMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. \nBuild domain expertise and progressively assume broader ownership of business capabilities over time. \nContribute to the ongoing development of the Wealth Management Technology product management function. \nRemain current on Salesforce capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and productivity solutions. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. \n6-9 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Salesforce Administration, CRM, Consulting, or related technology roles. \nDemonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions. \nStrong experience gathering requirements, defining business processes, and translating business needs into actionable delivery plans. \nExperience working within Agile delivery frameworks and managing product backlogs. \nSalesforce Administrator Certification. \nWorking knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. \nHands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and other declarative platform capabilities. \nStrong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to influence outcomes and build alignment across business and technology organizations. \nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Business Analyst Certification. \nSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. \nExperience within asset management, wealth management, financial services, or fintech organizations. \nExperience supporting Distribution, Relationship Management, Client Service, Marketing, or Operations teams. \nExperience with Copado, Jira, and Git-based deployment processes. \nFamiliarity with enterprise integrations, data platforms, and analytics solutions. \nExperience contributing to product roadmaps, prioritization activities, or business capability planning. \nExperience operating within highly regulated environments. \nDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and adoption of emerging technologies. \nReporting Relationships\nCompensation\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.\n$150,000 - $170,000\nThe firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
