HR Operations partners with the broader HR organization and business to deliver high-touch, global services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background screening, employee data management, compliance, and HR program administration.\nThe Senior Associate will manage core HR operational processes, serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and stakeholders, and drive improvements that strengthen service delivery, compliance, scalability, and the employee experience. We are seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to move initiatives from ideation through execution. This role offers broad exposure across Human Resources and opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.\nPRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nEmployee Lifecycle Operations\nManage and execute assigned employee lifecycle processes, including and not limited to onboarding, background screening, immigration support, transfers, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent employee experience.\nServe as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and HR partners, resolving inquiries and complex operational matters with sound judgment and appropriate escalation.\nManage and continuously enhance the U.S. New Hire Orientation program in partnership with key stakeholders.\nAct as a subject matter expert for designated HR Operations processes and programs.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nIdentify and lead opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, improve service delivery, reduce risk, and enhance the employee experience.\nDocument, maintain, and standardize procedures and best practices to support consistent and scalable service delivery.\nUse operational data, service trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify root causes, measure effectiveness, and prioritize improvements.\nPartner with HRIS and cross-functional teams on system enhancements, workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and operational initiatives.\nCompliance, Programs & Projects\nCoordinate and execute HR compliance, governance, audit, and reporting activities in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.\nMaintain data integrity within Workday through regular audits, validation, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.\nManage assigned workstreams within HR programs, cyclical processes, and cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution.\nIdentify and escalate operational, compliance, and employee experience risks, partnering with relevant stakeholders through resolution.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree required.\nRelevant HR certifications preferred.\nExperience Required\n5-7 years of HR Operations experience, preferably within financial services, technology, or another complex, fast-paced environment.\nExperience executing employee lifecycle operations within a global organization.\nProven ability to improve processes and independently manage initiatives from assessment through implementation.\nHands-on experience with Workday is required; experience with ServiceNow, case management, and other workflow tools preferred.\nWorking knowledge of HR operational controls, data integrity, compliance requirements, and employee service delivery.\nGeneral Requirements\nStrong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and build effective cross-functional partnerships.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.\nContinuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization, technology, and operational excellence.\nReporting Relationships\nVice President, HR OperationsCompensation\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.\n$115,00-$135,000\nThe firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
