Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry.\nJob Description\nPrimary functions and essential responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, administer, and support enterprise Windows Server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.\nManage Active Directory services including Domain Controllers, Organizational Units, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), trusts, replication, and identity integrations.\nDesign and maintain highly available Windows infrastructure solutions supporting mission-critical business applications.\nSupport and administer core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, PKI, File Services, and Remote Desktop Services.\nDrive infrastructure modernization through automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions utilizing PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and related technologies.\nDevelop and maintain automation solutions for server provisioning, patch management, health monitoring, capacity management, and operational workflows.\nLead Windows Server migration, upgrade, and lifecycle management initiatives.\nImplement and support Microsoft Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Files, Azure Backup, and hybrid identity solutions.\nMonitor infrastructure health, performance, security, and capacity to ensure operational excellence and platform reliability.\nTroubleshoot complex server, operating system, authentication, directory services, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.\nCollaborate with Security Operations teams to implement security baselines, vulnerability remediation, hardening standards, and compliance requirements.\nDevelop operational dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI and other reporting platforms.\nMaintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, standards, and disaster recovery runbooks.\nPartner with cloud, application, network, database, and security teams to develop scalable enterprise solutions.\nProvide escalation support for Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, and Application teams.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.\n10+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 platforms.\nAdvanced expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, PKI, IIS and Windows authentication technologies.\nProven experience implementing and supporting hybrid identity solutions utilizing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).\nStrong experience with PowerShell Python scripting and infrastructure automation.\nExperience with Windows Server lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, migrations, and operational support.\nExperience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of enterprise security, hardening, authentication, privileged access management, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with performance troubleshooting, monitoring, and capacity planning of enterprise Windows environments.\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps practices, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins and CI/CD integration preferred.\nGeneral Requirements:\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Security certifications, ITIL Foundation, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are preferred.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation and executive-level reporting.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.\nStrong planning, organizational, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities.\nDetail-oriented, customer-focused approach with an emphasis on automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Networking, Database, and Application teams.\nAbility to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure solutions.\nProven experience delivering automation, modernization, cloud transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.\nReporting Relationships\nVice President, Infrastructure EngineeringThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
