Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry.\nJob Description\nPrimary functions & responsibilities\nSalesforce Development & Configuration\nBuild and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration.\nImplement user stories and requirements in alignment with architectural guidance and established coding standards.\nCustomize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.\nDevelop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure solutions align with platform strategy and long-term design principles.\nCollaborate with business analysts, product managers, and end users to clarify requirements and understand business workflows.\nPartner with QA teams to support testing cycles and resolve defects.\nParticipate in sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.\nLearning, Growth & Business Knowledge\nDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning the asset management business, its products, and its client engagement model.\nStay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices-especially in areas such as Flow automation, LWC, and platform AI capabilities.\nSeek opportunities for professional development, certifications, and skill advancement.\nContribute ideas for improving system usability, efficiency, and data quality.\nOperational Support\nAssist with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and daily support of Salesforce users.\nMaintain and update documentation, including technical designs and configuration inventories.\nHelp ensure data accuracy, performance, and security within the Salesforce environment.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience & Background\n6-8 years of Salesforce development or configuration experience (professional or project-based).\nFamiliarity with Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Salesforce Platform capabilities.\nHands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce data model and fundamental CRM concepts.\nAbility to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.\nA strong desire to learn, grow, and expand both technical and business knowledge.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.\nSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder are helpful (or a demonstrated commitment to obtaining them).\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to financial services or interest in learning asset management products and workflows.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Copado).\nFamiliarity with integration tools, APIs, or middleware.\nExperience with Lightning Experience customization and UI design.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.\nEngineering or Computer Science background preferred.\nReporting Relationships\nThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
