Что нужно делать:

  • Поиск кандидатов
  • Размещение вакансий
  • Работа с откликами и быстрый контакт с кандидатами
  • Первичное короткое собеседование
  • Участие в адаптаии

На какие вакансии идет подбор:

  • Водители: постоянные и подменные (порядка 10 вакансий, плюс закрытия по ротации)
  • Слесари (отдельно по ремзоне и обслуживанию)
  • Редко - офисные вакансии

Требования к кандидату :

Опыт работы от 2ух лет

Условия:

  • Оклад 100 000 - 120 000 рублей, обсудим
  • Оформление официальное, соц.пакет
  • График: Пятидневка, 9:00-18:00
  • Офис в шаговой доступности от метро Комендантский проспект
