This dual reporting structure provides the opportunity to work closely with local business operations while contributing to the company's global finance strategy and best practices.\nYour Mission\nLead Financial Operations & Month-End Closing\nOwn the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting reporting deadlines.\n\nManage Group Financial Reporting\nPrepare and submit monthly consolidation data through LucaNet while ensuring compliance with the Group's reporting standards.\n\nEnsure Statutory & Tax Compliance\nCoordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory requirements with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance.\n\nStrengthen Intercompany Financial Processes\nOversee and improve intercompany reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions across global entities.\n\nDrive Finance Process Transformation\nImprove finance operations by transitioning manual, Excel-based processes into efficient ERP-driven workflows and standardized practices.\n\nSupport ERP Implementation & Digitalization\nActively participate in the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation by representing local business requirements and supporting successful adoption.\n\nStandardize Finance Processes\nDevelop and maintain finance documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project tracking using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.\n\nDevelop the Finance Team & Business Partnership\nCoach and develop the accounting team while building strong partnerships with the Managing Director and collaborating closely with finance teams in Switzerland and Germany to support business objectives.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Big 4 (Audit, Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting).\n\nExperience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industry is highly preferred.\n\nBrevet A, B, and C certifications are preferred.\n\nExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, or similar), including implementation or process improvement.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong process improvement mindset.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProficient in English, both written and spoken.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong knowledge of IFRS and PSAK;
