procurement organization.Your Mission\n Lead and develop strong procurement team (both direct and indirect procurement)\nStrengthen collaboration with suppliers and vendors from our global network\nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term agreements to secure competitive advantages\n Collaborate with internal stakeholders (RnD, Sales, Quality, etc.) to align sourcing decisions with technical and innovation requirements\n Establish collaboration across offices (Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland, UAE)\nMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and delivery standards\nCreate and execute procurement strategy to support company’s growth\nEnsure raw materials availability and constant production process \n Optimize procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Procurement, Business Administration, Chemical/Food technology or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or direct procurement of physical goods; experience within FMCG, flavor, or food industries is considered a strong plus.\nMinimum 3 years of proven leadership experience, including managing and developing procurement or supply chain teams.\nDemonstrated success in negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and business objectives.\nExperience working within a multinational or global organization, with exposure to international suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong business communication skills in English (minimum CEFR B2 level), both written and spoken.\nProven ability to manage supplier relationships, drive procurement initiatives, and support operational excellence in a dynamic business environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive experience in global sourcing and managing supplier relationships across multiple countries and regions.\nStrong understanding of flavor, food ingredient, or specialty chemical supply chains, including relevant quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in cost analysis, cost modeling, spend management, and market intelligence.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous process improvements across procurement and supply
