Overview:\n\nWe are looking for a Founding Account Executive to own enterprise sales from prospecting to closure and help build the sales function from the ground up.\n\nTotal Experience: 5 - 10 years\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from first meeting to contract closure.\n\n- Sell B2B SaaS/technology solutions to large enterprises and CXO-level stakeholders.\n\n- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales involving Business, IT, Procurement and Operations.\n\n- Conduct POCs, build ROI/business cases, negotiate and close high-value deals.\n\n- Drive account expansion from initial deployment to larger/multi-site engagements.\n\n- Build sales processes, qualification frameworks, CRM practices and sales playbooks.\n\n- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring customer feedback into the roadmap.\n\n- Eventually hire, train and lead the Account Executive team.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 5+ years of sales experience with strong Enterprise B2B SaaS sales exposure.\n\n- Proven track record of personally closing large enterprise deals.\n\n- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.\n\n- Strong CXO-level communication and presentation skills.\n\n- 2+ years of startup experience and comfort working in a 0-to-1 environment.\n\n- Technical understanding to confidently discuss technology, IT and security requirements.\n\n- Willingness to travel for customer meetings/site visits.\n\n- Strong ownership and leadership mindset.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience selling to Manufacturing / Automotive / Industrial / IoT / Industry 4.0 customers.\n\n- Experience selling AI or Computer Vision solutions.\n\n- Existing enterprise/manufacturing CXO network.\n\n- Experience as an early sales hire and
