We are currently live through quick commerce, delivering to customers in under 30 minutes across Bangalore and Hyderabad.\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe are looking for a Product Manager with 3 - 7 years of experience who will own the customer-facing demand engine at FirstClub. This is a high-ownership role where you will have the opportunity to shape the product experience and build the demand-side foundation for a rapidly scaling retail business.\n\nWhat You Will Do : \n\n- Own the Demand Product Roadmap : Define and own the roadmap for demand-side products and customer journeys.\n\n- Drive Customer Discovery & Conversion : Improve how customers discover products and categories on the FirstClub app.\n\n- Build Personalization & Recommendations : Build and evolve personalized experiences based on customer behaviour, preferences, purchase history, and context.\n\n- Drive Frequency, Basket Size & Retention : Identify product opportunities that increase customer frequency and lifetime value.\n\n- Demand Forecasting & Customer Intent : Work closely with Supply Chain and Data teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable insights.\n\n- Pricing, Promotions & Offers : Partner with Category, Growth, and Business teams on demand-side pricing and promotion products.\n\n- Customer Experience & Trust : Build product experiences that reinforce FirstClub's promise of Trust, Quality, and Value.\n\n- Analytics & Experimentation : Define product metrics and dashboards to measure impact.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For : \n\n- 3 -
