This role develops software enhancements, resolves defects, supports platform upgrades, and ensures accessibility and operational requirements are met throughout the contract lifecycle.\nDue to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions\nAnalyze functional requirements and produce technical solution designs\nDevelop workflows, business rules, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards, and notifications\nBuild and enhance functionality supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, accessibility enhancements, KPI reporting, and customer support capabilities\nDevelop, execute, and document unit, integration, and system tests\nCreate technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment documentation, and test scripts\nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues\nSupport O&M activities, enhancement sprints, and platform upgrades\nParticipate in demonstrations, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing activities\nEnsure all development activities comply with WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 requirements\nSupport release management and deployment activities across environments\nRequirements\nMinimum five (5) years of experience performing software development tasks on ServiceNow platforms\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)\nExperience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, forms, integrations, and platform customization\nExperience with Agile software development practices\nExperience creating technical documentation and executing software testing activities\nKnowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and Section 508\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nExperience with Nuvolo implementations and support\nFederal Government project experience\nExperience with Service Portal development and dashboard reporting\nExperience with API integrations and automated workflow development\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and release management processes\nSAFe Fundamentals Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification\nTravel Requirements\nThis is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions.
