personally lead recovery of challenged programs. \nDelivery Methodology, Governance & Quality\nInstitutionalize a consistent, scalable delivery methodology across Oracle professional services. \nApply and drive Oracle Cloud implementation Methodologies, waterfall, Hybrid Waterfall Agile methods as appropriate. \nEstablish governance for initiation, planning, execution, risk, quality assurance, and closure. \nUse project health reviews, executive dashboards, stage gates, and escalation mechanisms. \nControl scope, changes, project economics, and contractual commitments. \nPromote reusable assets, accelerators, templates, tools, and lessons learned to improve predictability. \nAI Strategy, Transformation & Delivery Innovation\nDevelop and execute a strategy for embedding AI throughout the professional services delivery lifecycle. \nImplement AI-enabled delivery to improve productivity, speed, quality, and margins. \nPrioritize use cases in requirements, solution design, configuration, development, testing, data migration, documentation, and project management. \nEvaluate generative AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, Oracle AI capabilities, and reusable delivery IP. \nSet measurable adoption, productivity, and efficiency targets with clear financial outcomes. \nGovern AI security, intellectual property, client confidentiality, quality, and responsible usage. \nDrive workforce training and change management to operationalize AI at scale. \nInternal Operations & Organizational Management\nRun weekly operational reviews, monthly financial reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual operating plans. \nMaintain executive dashboards covering delivery, financial results, capacity, and organizational risk. \nOversee portfolio management, resource management, delivery operations, and workforce planning. \nPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, controls, and profitability. \nPartner with HR on recruiting, retention, leadership development, succession, and organizational effectiveness. \nImplement KPIs, clear management accountability, standardized processes, and continuous improvement. \nSupport acquisition integration, restructuring, and practice consolidation. \nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nProfessional Experience\n20+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, systems integration, or professional services, with significant Oracle ecosystem experience. \n10+ years in progressively senior delivery leadership roles managing large teams, complex portfolios, and global operations. \nDemonstrated progression through Oracle Functional/Technical Consultant or Solution Lead;
