They are responsible for leading and managing mid-to-large software projects using Argano's professional services and solutions. They have a deep understanding of software development and often serve as technical experts within the company. This person will provide technical leadership for the Argano Oracle Cloud consulting practice. The Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead will integrate and extend Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS). Their responsibilities include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. A Lead Technical Consultant leads the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users implementation time frames.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead and manage mid-to-large-scale software development projects.\nProvides technical development leadership in strategic Oracle Cloud projects.\nContinuously pursues advanced level technical acumen.\nProvides Oracle Cloud development thought leadership and expertise.\nProduces technology roadmaps in support of Argano vision and strategy.\nDevelops proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.\nMonitors implementation activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld.\nEnsures implementation solutions support architecture objectives (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.), as appropriate.\nUtilizes advanced leadership skills especially in the areas of persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions and problem solving.\nCommunicates complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.\nCoaches and mentors Cloud Technical team members.\nUtilizes a general understanding of the competitive landscape and corporate and business unit strategies to provide context for development decision making.\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\nWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.\nDesign and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies.\nDesign and develop applications, including the taxonomy of site structure.\nAdminister user groups and design, including creating users and user groups and allocating required permissions.\nMeeting with project managers to determine CRM needs, developing customized solutions within the Technology platform, Designing, coding, and implementing applications.\nCreating timelines and development goals.\n\nEducation\n\nMINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.\nRelevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.\nMaster's degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.\n\nExperience\n\n5 - 10 years of technical consultant experience for IT companies or in related field.\nOracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development\nOracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service\nExperience with integration development using Oracle Middleware solutions such as SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware.\nExperience Extending Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS (Creating custom applications in JCS or similar environment and integrating with Oracle Cloud Applications.)\nExperience with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, MS Active Directory and identity propagation\nExperience as solution architect / lead role in at least two full life cycle Oracle Cloud applications /On premise implementations\nExpertise with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).\nExperience with Oracle Cloud data conversion\nExperience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security\nTechnical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports\nFunctional concepts and understanding of all Oracle applications.\nIT Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field, with 8+ years of experience of Oracle ERP implementations.\nExperience developing customer-facing interfaces.\nAdvanced knowledge of programming languages.\nExperience creating and maintaining databases.\nExperience working with Agile development technologies.\nAdvanced project management skills.\nExperience managing multiple projects for different clients.\n\nAbout Us\n\nArgano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
