Assist in planning activities to identify, mitigate, and manage risks and dependencies\nMonitor day-to-day project health and ensure work is progressing as planned and within the budget\nCoordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget\nLiaise with stakeholders, project teams, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities\nDevelop project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation\nMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to project stakeholders\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery\nProvide administrative support to the IT Project Manager/Sr IT Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining project documentation \nEnsure compliance with project management standards and guidelines \nConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve project delivery\nKPIs (Key Performance Indicators):\nUtilization -
