They are responsible for analyzing delivery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with written processes, as well as providing insights to optimize resource allocation and companywide compliance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze delivery data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements. \nReview delivery operations processes to ensure accurate adherence to processes and quality management. Collaborate with project managers and consultants to verify data entered in the PSA coincides with quality standards. \nLead efforts to streamline delivery processes and data integrity, implementing best practices and automation solutions where applicable. \nServe as a subject matter expert on operational processes and timesheet policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders. \nGenerate regular reports and dashboards to track delivery performance, data integrity, and other key metrics. \nSupport all daily operational tasks, including updating processes and providing quality management.\nMinimum and/or Preferred Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.\nProven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.\nEXPERIENCE: \n2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles, preferably in a professional services environment. \nMust possess the understanding of SOWs and will have the experience in setting up the projects in PSA, preferably in MSD365 and/or Financial Force.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce is a plus.\nJira Ticketing knowledge is good to have.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights. \nDemonstrated proficiency in process improvement and project management. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
