If you're ready to lead high-stakes engagements, solve real technology challenges, and help shape the future of Argano's consulting practice-this is your next move.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAlign clients' existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs\nApply functional knowledge and expertise, in collaboration with the technical consulting team, to implement business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions\nLead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery\nIdentify requirement and design gaps, and develop solutions that align with overall solution delivery\nConfigure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; design and document application setup\nAdvise clients on options, risks, and impacts to other processes and/or systems\nManage the module track of the project, including:Scope and client expectations for your module\nProject risks, communicating proactively with the project team to avoid and mitigate potential issues\nProject team members throughout the project lifecycle, including coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation\n\nLead and support clients through the execution of test scripts\nParticipate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design\nServe as a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud space, driving innovative product solutions\nMentor Associate and Senior consultants\nMINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise, with demonstrated command of best-practice solutions, product integration impacts, and support/troubleshooting\nModule-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is required; related industry and consulting experience with competing product sets (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) will also be considered\nOracle certification in your module of expertise\nComprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology, including the common challenges faced by clients and implementation teams\nStrong grasp of client data movement to external systems, with the ability to advise on upstream and downstream impacts\nProven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects, with a solid understanding of business drivers and constraints\nStrong planning and prioritization skills, with a consistent commitment to quality and on-time project delivery\nSkilled at managing communication with senior client stakeholders-able to navigate both the big picture and the finer details\nProven track record of building long-lasting client relationships\nGenuine willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants\nComfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team\nStrong interpersonal skills\nSelf-motivated, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current on Oracle Cloud trends and releases\nWillingness to travel as needed\nSKILL REQUIREMENTS\n· Communication: Proficient in English written and verbal communications.
