You’ll own the overall Oracle Cloud solution and lead the implementation team through every phase of Oracle PLM Cloud implementation, from discovery to go-live. When implementation or integration challenges arise, you’ll bring creative, innovative approaches to solve them, and you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their processes, technology, and strategies to achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate is a consummate professional who thrives in an upbeat, innovative environment, has deep expertise across a wide range of Oracle Cloud applications, and has led at least five successful Oracle Cloud implementations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously.\nExtensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions.\nUsing in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios.\nLeads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both the technical and functional solutions.\nExperience in extending Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS extensions. This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications.\nAnalyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.\nAbility to lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle Cloud PLM applications team.\nExperience in mapping enterprise requirements to multiple applications in the Oracle SaaS Applications.\nIdentifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.\nDevelop and implement long-term client strategies.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes.\nActively engage project stakeholders in the estimation process, mindful of the impact of strategic business changes.\nSupport business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively.\nCollaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client.\nPresent compelling business cases, clearly quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.\nContinuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.\nMINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for PLM cloud implementations.\nExpert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.\nExperience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service.\nKnowledgeable and experience with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).\nExpert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of PLM solutions.\nExperience in navigating the challenges of working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects.\nUnderstanding of best practice product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements.\nExpert level experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications:Oracle Cloud Product Development\nOracle Cloud Product Data Hub\nOracle Cloud Innovation Management\nOracle Cloud Quality Management\nOracle Cloud Project Management\n\nStrong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of PLM solutions.\nProven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements.\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.\nHigh commitment to exceed performance expectations.\nAbility to write functional specification based on user requirements.\nSenior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations.\nProfessional approach when dealing with internal and external customers.\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.\nWillingness to travel as needed.\nPreferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.\nPrevious experience working in IT companies.\nIn-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.\nCreating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations.\nSKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nCommunication: Proficient in English written and verbal communications.
