This role will lead customer implementations and be responsible for coaching customers and internal resources on best practices and implementation skills in Pigment. Successful candidates will excel at balancing competing priorities, which include leading and model building on client engagements as well as team coaching.\nWhat You'll Do\nReview existing customer models and business processes \nFacilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers. Translate user stories into executable project/sprint plans \nCollaborate with clients and peers to design and deploy scalable end-to-end, solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements \nLead project team in building Pigment models in line with best practices and agile implementation framework \nApply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the technology platform throughout customer projects \nCoach and develop project team members (including internal team members and customer resources) through co-model building, training, providing opportunities and feedback \nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and foster a positive end-user impression of the EPM tool that promotes adoption \nProvide support, enhancements and training \nUtilize Agile Project Methodology throughout the implementation; support customer and staffed team in maintaining the overall health of the implementation \nParticipate in internal initiatives as needed \nWillingness to travel approximately 25% (dependent on customer preferences and need) \nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field \n2+ years of relevant experience implementing financial planning solutions \n7+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) or equivalent Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, Operations experience \nUnderstanding of and experience with agile project methodology \nStrong leadership and team-building skills, as well as drive to continuously learn and embrace professional challenges \nExperience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models \nProven track record of analytical problem solving capabilities \nExcellent communication skills in both in-person and remote settings to internal and external stakeholders (customers, coworkers and industry peers) \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment \nAbility to drive results independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams \nBonus Points\nStrong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and Gross To Net \nStrong understanding of Food and Beverage (CPG) \nStrong understanding of additional core domains: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, HR & Workforce Planning \nExperience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) \nExperience with data warehouses and intermediate data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, S3, etc.) \nKnowledge of Excel, SQL, programming logic \nSkill Requirements:\nCommunication: proficient in English written and verbal communications \nKnowledge: Understanding of various domains such as networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, etc. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications. \nStrategic Thinking: Consultants II should have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute project strategies.\nUnderstanding of business processes and how technology can be aligned with business goals. \nClient Engagement: Building
