This role focuses on hands-on functional testing and test case creation, validation of business processes, and defect identification to ensure D365 F&O solutions are stable, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.\nThe Senior QA Analyst works closely with business SMEs, functional consultants, and engineering teams, contributing to test execution, automation support, and release validation. This role is suited for a detail-oriented QA professional with strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and experience testing enterprise ERP systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Assurance Execution\nExecute QA activities for Dynamics 365 F&O projects, including feature enhancements, integrations, and release cycles.\nFollow established QA standards, testing methodologies, and project test approaches.\nContribute to continuous improvement of test artifacts and QA documentation.\nTest Case Creation & Test Execution\nAnalyze business and functional requirements to create detailed functional test cases for Dynamics 365 F&O.\nExecute test cases for end-to-end business processes across Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Projects, HR, and other F&O areas.\nValidate configurations, customizations, and business logic within D365 F&O.\nValidate integrations with external systems (e.g., WMS, tax engines, banking, procurement platforms).\nPerform functional, regression, integration, UAT support, smoke, and sanity testing as required.\nAutomation & Tools\nExecute and maintain automated tests using tools such as RSAT, Elevaite, or similar automation solutions.\nCreate, maintain, and execute D365 F&O Task Recorder assets for automation and process documentation.\nReview automation test results and report failures or defects.\nDefect Management\nIdentify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or an equivalent ALM tool.\nRetest defect fixes and confirm resolution.\nMaintain traceability from requirements → test cases → defects → closure.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with functional consultants, business SMEs, developers, and release managers to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training validation, and post-deployment testing activities.\nParticipate in cutover and release validation activities as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n3-5 years of quality assurance experience in enterprise environments.\n2-3+ years of hands-on experience testing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 with F&O migration experience).\nFunctional Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of key D365 F&O modules, such as:General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank\nProcurement & Sourcing\nSales & Marketing\nInventory &
