This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions throughout the Workday lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate has strong technical integration skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a client facing consulting environment. Experience supporting Workday HCM and Workday Financials integrations is highly preferred.\nResponsibilities\nImplementation Support. \nDesign, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on client requirements. \nDevelop and configure EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations. \nParticipate in requirements gathering, integration design sessions, testing, and production deployments. \nCreate technical documentation including integration specifications, mappings, and support documentation. \nCollaborate with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. \nAMS / Post-Production Support\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday integrations. \nMonitor integration schedules, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis. \nResolve production issues and implement integration enhancements. \nSupport Workday quarterly releases, regression testing, and integration validations. \nManage and track client requests using ticketing systems such as Jira. \nCore Competencies\nWorkday Studio \nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB) \nCore Connectors \nCloud Connect \nWorkday Web Services \nXML, XSLT, JSON \nREST and SOAP APIs \nIntegration troubleshooting and root cause analysis \nWorkday Business Processes and Security \nCross-module data flows \nIntegration testing and release management \nTechnical documentation and mapping \nJira ticket management and Agile delivery experience \nPreferred Experience\nExperience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations preferred. \nExperience with Workday Financials integrations preferred. \nExperience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, finance systems, and external applications. \nExperience working with Jira or similar ticket management/project tracking tools\nQualifications\n3+ years of Workday Integration experience. \nExperience supporting Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements. \nStrong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services. \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders. \nConsulting or customer-facing experience preferred. \nAdvanced English required; bilingual preferred. \nSuccessful Candidate Profile\nStrong technical integration background. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
