Main Purpose of Job The Field Operator supports the Team leader ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Pre-Treatment Plant in the production of bio diesel. The Field Operator will work a 4 on, 6 off, 12 hour shift system which includes 2 days and 2 nights. What you will do? Working as part of a shift team ensuring KPI targets are met. Ensuring HSEQ compliance by setting high standards in the team and ensuring issues or events raised are recorded and actioned. Working with the Team Leader/Senior Operator to troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them promptly, coordinating with other departments as needed. Maintaining accurate records of plant operations, including quality logs, detailed verbal handovers and incident reporting
