Let’s Make It Happen, Together.\nTEAM PLAYERS who want to DO great work and find INNOVATIVE ways to make animals lives better through our CUSTOMER CENTRIC efforts should apply.\nArgenta is currently looking to fill the role ofBusiness Operations Analyst, Americas CRO at our Shawnee, KS location.\nKey Responsibilities: \nAdminister and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users\nReview timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance\nAdd employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided\nAssist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time\nCreate projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records\nCreate and maintain the month end close calendar\nUpdate project financials in Monday.com following month end close\nAssist with reporting and data validation\nAdd and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users\nSet up new courses within the LMS\nRetrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel\nAssist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce\nSupport preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs team\nAbout You: \nBachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field \nExperience in Animal Health preferred but not required\nPrior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred\nFamiliarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus\nStrong Excel and data-validation skills\nDemonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close\nAbility to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously\nArgenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
