The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic assembly and integration, as well as familiarity with testing procedures and tools used in the space and defense sectors.\nDUTIES\nAs an AIT Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, assembly, and testing of harnesses for both our flight and test projects.\nThe activities will include (but are not limited to):\nDesign of electrical harnesses, including schematics, layout diagrams and pin-to-pin lists;\nSelection of connectors, contacts, wires and other parts based on electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements;\nAnalysis of technical documentation and manufacturing specifications;\nSupport to harness manufacturing and assembly;\nDrafting of technical documentation, including design files, assembly procedures, and test procedures and reports;\nTesting and validation of cables and harnesses, including activities in Clean Room;\nDirectly interface with internal and external stakeholders for harness definition and manufacturing;\nSupport with QA/PA processes definition and non-conformances management;\nHarness routing definition in accordance with satellite’s mechanical design;\nSupport to broader AIT activities (PCBs debug, test setups, small assemblies) when needed;\nEnsuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Technical High School Diploma will also be considered;\nAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role;\nGood written and oral communication skills in English;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset;\nProactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn;\nAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\nProven ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;\nBasic knowledge of harness design fundamentals (materials, design rules, etc.);\nExperience in soldering through-hole and SMD parts and cables;\nGood familiarity with laboratory instruments (multimeter, power supply, etc.) and tools (crimp pliers, wire strippers, wire cutters, etc.).\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities with precision;\nHigh level of reliability, proactivity and accountability;\nFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.\nADDITIONAL ASSETS\nPrevious experience in the aerospace or defense industry will be considered a plus;\nFamiliarity with CAD tools for electronics or harness design (Altium preferred) and mechanical design (Solidworks preferred);\nExperience in ESD controlled environments;\nKnowledge of ECSS and IPC standards.\nWHY JOIN ARGOTEC?\nOpportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a very innovative environment.\nProfessional training and career development opportunities.\nFlexible working time schedule and a hybrid work policy.\nMonthly \"Free-Day\" - every second Friday: time off to dedicate to your family and/or hobbies.\nA diversified community that organizes extra-work and fun activities.\nSALARY RANGE:\n30.000 - 35.000 EUR\nArgotec reserves the right to assess the appropriate job level and compensation package based on objective criteria emerging throughout the selection process.
