You will create and present innovative space systems to key clients, internal management and stakeholders.\nThe activities will include (but are not limited to):\nTrade-off complex technical solutions, develop mission concepts and architectures, and support complex bid and proposal processes;\nActively contribute to the definition and evolution of Argotec’s Defence strategy, supporting the identification of new opportunities, capabilities, and market positioning in dual-use and military domains;\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and R&D to ensure cohesive product strategies, developments and launches;\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external including customers, partners and institutional entities, acting as a trusted technical and strategic reference;\nContinuously monitor market trends and customer feedback translating insights into actionable inputs to refine and adjust the Defence portfolio and strategy;\nAct as an evangelist for Argotec’s products and solutions, representing its Defence offerings;\nParticipate in industry events and engage with customers to build relationships and gather valuable insights;\nDefine Defence product and system requirements, assist the planning of product design and support full development lifecycle;\nSupport product-related publications, presentations and contributions at relevant conferences, workshops and defence-oriented events.\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields;\nAt least 8 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, R&D in new-space sector;\nAnalytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude;\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;\nProactive and autonomous approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;\nAbility to obtain Italian security clearances;\nAbility to translate a strategic vision in concrete projects;\nExcellent written and oral communication in English.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\nSolid understanding of New Space products and end-to-end solution development cycles, covering the full lifecycle from concept definition and system architecture to market delivery and operational deployment;\nWide expertise in modern Defence needs and state-of-the-art systems, with focus on space and air domains;\nStrong knowledge of the aerospace industry, particularly in the small satellite (SmallSat) segment, including platforms, subsystems and mission architectures;\nExperience in conducting market research, user research and data analysis;\nAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing complexity and ambiguity while maintaining a high level of technical and strategic rigor;\nStrong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving requirements, with the capability to effectively balance technical depth, business needs and stakeholder expectations;\nDemonstrated ability to establish and sustain long-term professional relationships with government, civilian, and military stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical and strategic counterpart.\nADDITIONAL ASSETS\nEstablished network in the Defense & Aerospace industry;\nPrevious experience in the Defence & Aerospace sector;\nKnowledge of space standards (CCSDS, ECSS, MIL etc.);\nStrong business acumen and financial awareness;\nContinuous learning attitude and intellectual curiosity, particularly towards emerging Defence, space and dual-use technologies.\nWHY JOIN ARGOTEC?\nOpportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a very innovative environment.\nProfessional training and career development opportunities.\nFlexible working time schedule and a hybrid work policy.\nMonthly \"Free-Day\" - every second Friday: time off to dedicate to your family and/or hobbies.\nA diversified community that organizes extra-work and fun activities.\nSALARY RANGE:\n50.000 - 60.000 EUR\nArgotec reserves the right to assess the appropriate job level and compensation package based on objective criteria emerging throughout the selection process.
