- Conduct supplier scouting to identify new providers and develop strategic partnerships; - Monitor the supplier market to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities; - Evaluate and manage supplier performance, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.\n Contract Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Legal, Facility, Finance) to define both technical and contractual requirements; - Draft, negotiate, and manage supply and service contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; - Support the definition and implementation of sourcing strategies for new or evolving business needs.\n Negotiation & Cost Optimization: - Negotiate pricing and contractual conditions with suppliers, including framework agreements and long-term service contracts; - Implement Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies to optimize overall expenditure; - Analyze procurement costs and identify saving opportunities across all indirect categories.\nDigitalization & Data Analysis: - Support the digitalization of procurement processes through ERP systems and e-procurement tools; - Track and report key procurement KPIs to support decision-making and performance monitoring.\nOperational Excellence & Compliance: - Maintain and update supplier master data and purchasing parameters in the Company’s systems;
