This is a great fit for you if a technical role becomes too tight for your vision and you want to translate technology into business and make a repeatable process to fly the payloads on multiple missions.\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you should have a strong background in product management, technical acumen (ideally with a focus on Earth Observation and/or telecom payloads), strategic thinking and leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with various internal and external parties, such as customers, partners, analysts and the press. You should be able to translate complex concepts and data into clear and compelling narratives and visuals.\nIn this role you will:\nBe responsible for the Earth Observation and telecom payloads’ development for delivering missions on time and support company’s business goals;\nParticipate in strategy shaping that drive product development, with particular focus on the payloads;\nPlan and execute activities oriented in identifying key users' needs and capture market development opportunities;\nDefine product requirements, assist the planning of product design and support the whole development cycles;\nPrepare and lead the launch of new products/solutions;\nMonitor market trends, track competitors' products and put strategies in place to highlight potential risks;\nReview technical documents (Design Description, ICD, Test Procedures, Technical Specifications etc.);\nWork closely with other teams to execute company’s strategy;\nSupport Sales and Marketing teams and related activities (e.g support to proposal preparation);\nSupport R&D in the development of new technologies and Engineering in the execution of product development projects;\nSupport product-related publications at relevant conferences and events;\nDevelop long-term relations with partners and potential clients.\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields;\nAt least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, Telecom Engineering;\nAnalytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude;\nAbility to translate a strategic vision in concrete projects;\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;\nExcellent written and oral communication in English.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\nSolid understanding of product development cycles, from concept definition to market delivery;\nStrong technical knowledge and understanding of the aerospace industry and product domains, with particular focus on small-sats (70-500 kg);\nProven track record of launching products in the market;\nExperience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders;\nExperience in conducting market research, user research, data analysis and testing;\nExperience in creating and delivering effective presentations and documents, using various tools and formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.;\nStrong business acumen and financial awareness;\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements;\nAbility to establish and maintain long term business relationships with government, civilian and military entities’ personnel (e.g., ESA, ASI, NASA, DoD) and key aerospace customers;\nAbility to interact appropriately with press as necessary;\nExperience in applying product management methodologies and tools.\nADDITIONAL ASSETS\nExperience in Earth Observation and telecom payloads design and development is preferred;\nStrong knowledge of payloads, including Earth Observation and telecom ones;\nEstablished network in the Defense & Aerospace industry;\nKnowledge of space standards (CCSDS, ECSS, MIL etc.);\nAbility to handle sensitive and classified information as required by government standards.\nWHY JOIN ARGOTEC?\nOpportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a very innovative environment.\nProfessional training and career development opportunities.\nFlexible working time schedule and a hybrid work policy.\nMonthly \"Free-Day\" - every second Friday: time off to dedicate to your family and/or hobbies.\nA diversified community that organizes extra-work and fun activities.\nSALARY RANGE:\n45.000 - 60.000 EUR\nArgotec reserves the right to assess the appropriate job level and compensation package based on objective criteria emerging throughout the selection process.
