This position also supports activities to ready relative supplies, equipment and data records are accurately maintained, tracked, and transcribed, accurately and consistently each day. This position reports to the Courier Supervisor.\nResponsibilities\nDaily, this role performs the following duties:\nSupports preparation of all equipment and accessories assigned to System Center for daily transport.\nAssists with record maintenance for all logs and pickups and deliveries (this includes driver name, locations, times, and materials).\nEstablishes robust communications with lab sites and reports appropriate delivery times as required.\nMust produce consistent, timely and accurate work which supports the execution of the courier service.\nAt the start of each workday, assist with taking a head count to ensure adequate resources are available.\nReports any personnel shortages to supervisor to ensure vacancies are filled with urgency.\nMay be asked to perform periodic visits to hospitals to gain customer feedback and to promote customer service.\nAssists supervisor with building courier schedules, as needed.\nConsistently relays pertinent communication between all locations for program success.\nMay be required to provide backup courier services during after-hours.\nAssist supervisor with any administrative task, as needed.\nCoordinates transport of courier assigned vehicles to and from repair shops or other sites as needed.\nMay be used to fill role for any routes as needed.\nMust have a valid driver's license.\nCan use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all ARH policies and standards.\nQualifications\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma Required\nExperience\nTwo (2) years minimum experience in fleet management or the transportation industry.\nRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities\nMust be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nMust have good communication skills, both written and verbal.\nMust be mechanically inclined with a good working knowledge of the automotive industry.\nShould be organized with attention to detail.\nMust have the ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changes in daily routine.\nLicenses & Certifications\nClass “D” Driver’s License
