value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data\nElicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories\nSupport business experts and product owners in defining requirements\nMaintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle\nTranslate business and user needs into business requirements specifications\nMap business goals, benefits, priorities, components, and system features\nAnalyse existing systems and business capabilities\nIdentify and evaluate solution options\nSupport business case preparation and feasibility studies\nContribute to solution design, testing, quality assurance, and change management\nDesign, validate, and optimize business processes\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across business processes\nCoach business stakeholders on upcoming changes and process improvements\nWork with process owners to identify optimization opportunities\nImprove customer service, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency\nCommunicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to stakeholders\nPerform quantitative process analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if scenarios\nSupport organizational change management initiatives\nImplement process performance monitoring mechanisms\nAssist in developing strategic and tactical business plans\nDefine transition roadmaps aligned with tools such as:Sparx Enterprise Architect\nARIS Architect\nSimilar modelling tools\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nAbility to create and maintain analytical and project documentation\nStrong problem-solving skills\n Specific requirements\nActed as Business Analyst (BA) on a large-scale ERP implementation project (duration >1 year and budget >€1M)\nExperience in analyzing business processes including:Logistics\nWarehouse Management\nAsset Management\nFleet Management\nFinancial Management\nLegal\nHR\nProject Management\n\nExperience in business analysis (and optionally system analysis) within the ServiceNow platform, including:Custom/scoped applications\nITSM\nHardware Asset Management\nCMDB\nSecOps\nCustomer Service Management\nEnterprise Asset Management\nStrategic Portfolio Management\nOn-prem and cloud environments\n\nHolds at least one valid ServiceNow certification such as:Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nCitizen Developer\nCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS)\nOther relevant ServiceNow certifications\n\nRequired Certificates (At least 1 certification among):\nCertification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent\nCertified UML Professional certification at Foundation level or equivalent\nBPM 2 Fundamental level certification or equivalent\nOther internationally recognized
