documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.\nElicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,\nSupports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development\nMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle\nTransfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,\nMaps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features\nAnalyses available systems\nSupports identification of options for potential solutions\nSupports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies\nContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.\nResponsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence\nResponsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes\nResponsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes\nCollaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements\nIdentifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains)\n Knowledge and skills:\nBachelor's degree plus5 years of relevant professional experience\nMinimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile \n Required certificates ( At least 1 certification among):Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent\nCertified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent\nor equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)\n\nMinimum English Language Proficiency: C1 (CEFR)\nProven experience in at least one complete software solution lifecycle.\nKnowledge of business process modelling using BPMN notation.\nKnowledge and experience in requirements and user story elicitation and analysis.\nKnowledge of analysis and modelling notations such as UML, including capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, logical data models, etc.\nProficiency in modelling tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent tools.\nExcellent analytical and communication skills.\nProven ability to effectively create and maintain analytical and project documentation.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nSpecific requirements:\n Previous experience in the role of Business Analyst (BA) in a large-scale project, with a duration of more than 1 year and a budget exceeding €1M.\nProven experience in the analysis of business processes, including Financial Management, Legal, HR, and other administrative processes, with additional experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, and Project Management considered an advantage.\n Demonstrated experience in business analysis involving Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and
