Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development.\nArηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024.\n To strengthen its sales department, ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a IT Business Developer (m/f) to support the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relationships.\nThe role focuses on identifying business opportunities, opening new client accounts, and promoting Arηs Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.\nRole & Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector;\nManage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;\nUnderstand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions, including the provision of developers and technical profiles for IT projects;\nCollaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise;\nPrepare and support the creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;\nMonitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities;\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.\nYour profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;\nPrevious experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (including internships for junior profiles);\nStrong interest in the IT and digital services sector;\n Previous experience working with European Institutions (EU Institutions) is mandatory, with a good understanding of their procurement processes, governance, and IT environment;\nBackground in Advisory / Consulting, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and translate them into value-added IT service offerings;\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;\nProactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset;\nAbility to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment;\nFluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
