You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, design effective solutions, and support their successful implementation.\nTHE WORK:\nGather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.\n\nAnalyze existing business processes and IT solutions to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nPrepare functional specifications, requirements documents, and solution design documentation.\n\nEvaluate potential IT solutions against business needs, technical constraints, and project objectives.\n\nContribute to the preparation and evaluation of public procurement specifications and tenders.\n\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.\n\nSupport project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.\n\nDefine functional test scenarios, contribute to test execution, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nCoordinate application rollouts, support user training, and assist with change management activities.\n\nPrepare and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and project deliverables.\n\nOnsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.\nOur roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
