You will contribute to the maintenance and migration of IT services while working with Windows, Linux and macOS environments, as well as DevOps, Docker and cloud-related technologies.\nTHE WORK:\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nMaintain and support internal IT services and infrastructure.\nContribute to the migration and evolution of existing services.\nParticipate in AWS migration activities.\nWork across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.\nContribute to activities involving Docker and DevOps environments.\nSupport internal users and collaborate with Accenture support teams.\nInvestigate technical issues and contribute to their resolution.\nDocument technical processes and solutions and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on infrastructure and migration topics.\nOnsite: This role requires an onsite presence in Luxembourg to support team collaboration and technical activities.\n3 to 5 years of professional experience in System Engineering, IT Infrastructure or a similar technical role.\nExperience with Level 2 / Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting.\nGood general knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.\nKnowledge of macOS environments.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.\nBasic knowledge of Docker and DevOps environments, including GitLab and CI/CD.\nAbility to work across different systems, technologies and infrastructure environments.\nExperience or exposure to infrastructure or service migration projects.\nProfessional proficiency in English is mandatory.
